试论纪检监察工作的监督问题

我国目前纪检监察部门的监督发挥了重大作用，取得了阶段性的明显效果，但也还存在监督无力、不力的问题。要使纪检监察部门的监督有力、有效。必须调整和改进纪检监察部门现在的领导和管理体制；必须完善、强化责任追究制度；必须建立、完善监督制约机制；必须加强纪捡监察干部队伍建设．这样才能使我们每个领导干部和国家公职人员都在各自的职责岗位上不敢不为，也不敢妄为．

On the Supervision Problems of Inspecting Disciplines

Currently, the supervision of Departments of Inspecting disciplines have achieved marked effects. However, the phenomena of powerless supervision still exist . To strengthen supervision we should modify and improve the present leading and managing systems; we should perfect and enhance the responsibility investigation system; we should establish better supervision and control mechanism, Thus the leaders of every department and civil servants can better play their roles in their posts.
