| 摘 要： | 以聚己内酰胺(PA-6)膜材料作为高效液相色谱(HPLC)柱填料,以小分子量化合物为探针分子,用HPLC法测定探针分子的保留时间(tR)、保留体积(VR)和平衡分配系数(K/).利用HPLC实验数据研究PA-6膜材料的界面性能.实验结果表明:PA-6膜材料的亲水性较好,对不离解极性有机性的分离效果更好.

| Abstract: | The High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) method was employed with polyamide-6(PA-6) membrane material as column packing,and small molecular weight compound as probe molecule was employed to measure the retention time(tR),the retention volume(VR) and equilibrium distribution coefficient(K).The interfacial properties of PA-6 membrane materials were characterized by HPLC experiment data.Experimental results showed that PA-6 was better in the hydrophilicity and the separation efficiency for non-dissociable polar organic solute. |
