| Abstract: | The development of high educational management idea relates to the developmental level of high education. The paper discusses two points. One is the review of high educational management idea leaded by rationalism. The second probes into how to establish the idea of high educational management leaded by humanism, and discusses the necessity, theory and practice of the high educational management idea in the new period. |
