孔边凸台结构的损伤容限优化设计

摘    要:以结构裂纹扩展寿命最大为优化目标,以孔边凸台结构的宽度,厚度和圆角为优化变量,采用遗传算法对孔边凸台结构进行基于损伤容限设计思想的优化设计.通过具体算例,给出了等重量情况下孔边凸台结构的最优寿命及对应的最佳凸台结构宽厚比,为孔边凸台结构的结构设计提供了参考和指导.

Abstract:Genetic algorithm was used to optimize boss structure with the hole,taking maximum crack-growth life as optimization object,width,thickness and chamfering of the boss as design variable.By actual example,this approach obtained optimal life and corresponding optimal ratio of width and thickness of the boss structure when the weight of the boss structure is given,which can provide reference and guidance for the design of boss structure with the hole.
