G2豌豆衰老的研究进展

摘    要:G2豌豆的衰老受光周期调控,即在短日照条件下可以无限生长,长日照下衰老被正常的果实发育所诱导;短日照下G2豌豆不衰老与赤霉素的含量较高有关,GA3处理可以使长日照下G2豌豆不衰老;G2豌豆的衰老受遗传基因的控制。

Abstract:G2 pea is a good model to study plant senescence because the senescence of its pool is regulated by photoperiod. Under SD(Shart Day)conditions it grows for a long the without showing any features of aging, but under LD(long Day) conditions it senesces soon after blooming.Previous experiments showed that this senescence process under LD conditions can be delayed indfinitely by gibberellic acids(GAs) treatment. The senescence of G2 pea is controlled by genes.
