| Abstract: | This paper introduces the importance of the total environmental management, expounds the four transformations that should be completed for the traditional environmental management, points out that the practice of the total environmental management is the objective requirements of the features of the coal mine's production and the work of the environmental protection, and accounting to the features of the coal mine and the present situation of the management, puts forward some fundamental ideas for promoting the total environmental management of the coal mine. |
