胡麻籽油超临界CO2萃取条件的优化

摘    要:采用超临界CO2萃取技术提取胡麻籽油,通过正交实验优选的萃取条件为:CO2流量25L/h;萃取压力30MPa;萃取温度45℃;萃取时间2h。按该条件下,平均萃取率为36.70%。所得胡麻籽油呈金黄色、透明。

Abstract:The linseed oil is achieved by using the supercritical CO2 extraction technique in this paper and the optimum conditions of orthogonal experiment are as follows:CO2 flow is 25L/h, extraction pressure 30MPa, extraction tempreture 45℃ ,extraction time 2 hours. Under these conditions, the experimental result shows that the average extraction rate is 36.7% and the extracted linseed oil is golden in colour and transparent.
