深井大断面交岔点加固机理及应用技术研究

摘    要:根据深井井底车场交岔点断面大、裂隙水大、复合顶板和围岩松软的特点,通过数值模拟分析了不同支护条件下交岔点围岩塑性区发展范围和围岩变形特性,得出塑性区分布范围,阐述了不同支护条件的机理,提出了顶板锚索补强和化学注浆加固交岔点的方案,有效封堵了顶板砂岩裂隙水和控制了围岩变形,并得到工程实践的验证。

Abstract:Based on the characters of large section,serious water leakage,soft-loose compound roof and surrounding rock of the mine shaft bottom crossing in deep mines,this paper analyzed the surrounding deformation and plastic zone size of large section under different support condition through numerical simulation,gained the size of plastic zone and expatiated the mechanism.The project is mentioned of supporting the crossing roof by chemical grouting and cable supplement consolidation.The surrounding rock displacement and serious water leakage of roof are effectively controlled and validated by engineering practice.
