CPL冷凝器多孔芯及槽道内蒸气的冷凝分析

摘    要:基于Navier—Stokes方程,同时模拟了CPL冷凝器的多孔芯和槽道内蒸气和凝结液的流动过程,在不同的进口蒸气流速、冷凝器冷负荷和液膜过冷度的条件下,显示了气液界面的形成位置,分析了液膜形成和换热强度的影响因素。

Abstract:Considering the domain of the porous wick coupled wit h the condensing grooves and using the N-S equation, we simulated the heat and ma ss transfer processing in a condenser of Capillary Pumped Loops. Under different conditions such as vapor inlet velocity, heat load and super-cooling degree, t he results displayed the position of interface between vapor and liquid. The ess ential reasons for the forming of liquid film and the effects of heat transfer a re discussed.
