| 摘 要： | 本文将Peker强耦合极化子理论加以推广,并用于处理激子-声子强耦合系统,导出了激子的基态有效哈密顿量,对某些材料的激子结合能进行了数值计算。我们的结果与实验测量值很好地符合,而且我们的结果比其它理论的结果更好。

| Abstract: | In this paper, Peker's Strong-coupling theory of polaron is extended to treat a strong-coupling system of exciton-phonon.The effective hamiltonian of ground-state exciton is derived, and the exciton binding energies for some materials are numerically calculated.Our results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and are better than those of the other theories. |
