危险化学品安全管理体系的构建

通过对危险化学品的危害程度和高校危险化学品事故的形式及其类型的分析,提出了高等学校建立以危险化学品为重要对象之一的校安全管理体系,健全危险化学品管理制度,建设合乎国家标准的库房（试剂中心）,统一对实验室进行安全评估并予以整改,建议在化学化工类或近化学类专业中开设《危险化学品安全管理》课程,增强安全意识,防范危险化学品的事故,建设平安、和谐校园。

Construction and Practice of the College Hazardous Chemical Safety Management System

Through analyzing the extent of injury of the hazardous chemicals and the form and types of the hazardous chemicals accidents in the colleges,the paper puts forward that,colleges and universities must take establishing the hazardous chemicals control as one of the important tasks of school safety management system. They should improve the system of the management of the hazardous chemicals, construct in line with national standards for the warehouse (chemical agent center)and coordinate the laboratories to conduct a security assessment and rectification. It also proposes that chemical or category in the near professional category should offer "hazardous chemicals safety management" courses so as to enhance safety awareness and prevention of hazardous chemical accidents and to build peaceful and harmonious campus.
