| 摘 要： | 物业管理招标的目的是选择最合适的方案,但由于其行业的特殊性,造成了评标工作的困难。利用集对分析的同一度理论,建立适用于物业管理的招标评标模型,对投标方案进行多因素的综合评价与优选;并用实例对模型和方法的可行性进行了验证。
