Modernity"can be considered as the unlimited field of vision about the creation and interpretation of contemporary Chinese elitism literature.In contemporary China,from the central illusion of "enlightmental modernity"to the breakthrough of "aesthetic modernity"and the rebellion of "postmodernity",to the modernity rethinking in "postmodernity context",the division and the decay in the course of pursuit of modernity value construct the profound reason for the change of general value orientation about elitism literature.The author also point out that the respect for language and human being is the bottom line of the value about elitism literature.
