摘    要:针对传统的碾压机械组合使基层上下材料不均匀和压碎集料的缺点,分析了半刚性材料的压实原理、压路机的性能和碾压工艺,由此提出新的压实机械组合,即静碾压和振动碾压交错组合,以及压路机先轻后重的碾压工艺。理论分析与现场试验同时表明,新的压实机械组合可以克服传统碾压机械组合的缺陷,并具有基层表面比较粗糙、比传统碾压组合更易达到预定压实度等优点。

Abstract:The compacting mechanism to semi-rigid base material and the property of compacting machineries and the technic of compaction roller are analyzed.The traditional compacting method has the defects of asymmetry in the up to down base material,and the macadam is often crashed.A new combination of compacting machineries that according to the principle of light roller firstly then heavy one,and the static and dynamic rollers are used staggerly,is put forward.The analyzing and testing results show it can overcomes the disadvantage of traditional combination of compacting machineries,and it is easy to reach the required compaction degree.5 tabs,3 figs,9 refs.
