废弃矿山的安全与环境灾害问题及其系统科学研究方法

摘    要:资源开采完毕后,形成了大量的废弃矿山,在多种、多相复杂因素作用下,已经导致地面、水系和大气环境灾害。废弃矿山的地面、水系和大气环境灾害渐变积累,就可演化并诱发突变性的安全灾害问题。建议利用非线性系统科学研究方法,研究废弃矿山系统的非线性结构、环境及其演化过程和控制变量,来探讨废弃矿山安全和环境灾害的孕育、潜伏、爆发、持续、衰减、终止等过程及评估、评价、监测、预测、预报、治理等。

Abstract:After the resources mining is finished, it forms massively the discarded mine. Under many kinds of complex factor function, it has already caused the ground, the water system and the atmosphere environment disasters. The ground, the water system and the atmosphere environment disasters of the discarded mine accumulate gradually and may evolve and induce the mutability security disaster question. This paper aims at using the nonlinear system science research method to research the non--linear structure, the environment and its the evolutionary process and the control variable of the discarded mine system ,to discuss the security and environment disaster process of inoculating, the latent, the eruption, persistence, ending etc. and the appraisal, the evaluation, the monitoring, the forecast and so on of the discarded mine.
