| 摘 要： | 介绍一种采用国产TPSTDBS3-D工业控制机系统为核心,配以必要的功能板、检测机构和驱动执行机构对洗衣粉生产过程进行自动控制的新方案。本系统融管理与控制为一体,混合使用CBASIC语言和汇编语言对洗衣粉生产过程的前配料、后复配和分装过程进行控制和管理。实际运行证明,这一控制方案是可行的。

| Abstract: | A new automatic control methed is introduced in this paper for detergent production process by using demostic product TPSTD BS3-D industrial computer as the heart of the control supplemented by necessary function modules measuring equipment, driven e-quipment and actuator. CBASIC and assembly language are mixed for controlling and managing first made-up-matter, second made-up-matter, and picking in detergent production process. It is shown by the practice of this control system that this control method is feasible. |
