"以人为本"--大学管理现代化的基本向度

摘    要:坚持“以人为本”,是党的十六届三中全会《决定》提出的一个新要求。“以人为本”理念对于我国大学实现管理的现代化具有重大价值意义。我国大学管理中存在的问题,从某种意义来说,正是“以人为本”理念缺失所造成的。因此,只有坚持“以人为本”理念,“扬弃”传统的管理理念和管理体制,我国大学才能冲出旧体制和旧观念的牢笼,实现管理的现代化。

Abstract:The idea of human-centered is put forward on the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee. The idea of human-centered has a great significance to the modern management in universities. However, lots of problems existing in university' s management are caused by the loss of the idea of human-centered. Therefore, we should insist on the idea of human-centered and develop the useful and discard what is not of the traditional ideas and systems. Only in this way, Modernization of university's management could be realized .
