谐振腔内介质的复介电常数求解方法研究

摘    要:为了建立通用的数学模型求解谐振腔内介质的复介电常数εr,根据时谐电磁场的波动方程和边界条件,导出以εr作为本征值的变分方程,并应用于矩形腔内的介质柱,求解步骤有较大简化.测量结果表明,该方法可求解大尺寸、高介电常数、低损耗的介质样品.

Abstract:For establishing the universal mathematic model to solve the complex permittivity εr of dielectric in resonant cavity, use the wave equation and boundary condition about harmonious electromagnetic field to educe the equation with εr as its eigenvalue. The equation is applied to solve the dielectric post in rectangular cavity, and the solving process is direct. The measurement results showed the method can be used to solve the dielectric sample of big size, high permittivity and low loss.
