摘    要:以硝酸铋和柠檬酸为起始反应物,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了氧化铋超微粉.研究了凝胶煅烧温度和时间对最终产物的成分、结构和形貌的影响.结果表明,由于干凝胶煅烧过程中的热滞后,在500℃煅烧1 h,得到的主要产物为亚稳β-Bi2O3纳米片,平均厚度约为45 nm;500℃煅烧3 h,或600℃煅烧1 h,均得到稳定相-αBi2O3微粉.所得纳米片可能是由于凝胶的模板作用可以有效抑制热解过程中晶粒的长大和团聚而致.

Abstract:Nanostructural Bismuth oxides have been synthesized via Sol-Gel method,using bismuth nitrate and citric acid as reactants.The component,structure and morphology of the as-obtained products have been studied,which have been annealed at different temperature with different hours.The metastable β-Bi2O3 nanoplates with a thickness of about 45 nm have been obtained by annealing at 500 ℃ for 1 h,which can be attributed to the soft template effect of Gel.While the Gel was annealed at 500 ℃ for 3 h or 600 ℃ for 1 h,the products are stable micron α-Bi2O3 phase.
