| 摘 要： | 教育理念.是教育主体在教育实践及教育思维活动中形成的对"教育应然"的理性认识和主观要求,是关于"教育的应然状态"的价值判断.1929年12月,毛泽东在红四军代表大会上所作的重要报告--<中国共产党红军第四军第九次代表大会决议案>,奠定了思想政治工作在红军一切工作中"第一"的地位;确立"从思想上建党"原则,把马克思主义理论和党的正确路线教育作为党的思想政治工作的核心内容;倡导官兵平等和文明人道的思想教育方法等.<古田会议决议>形成了关于党和军队思想政治工作"应然状态"的科学认识,实现了思想政治工作理念的重大创新.
