| 摘 要： | 持续增长是一种超越增长不足或增长过度的理想增长方式，但目前有关可持续增长方面的研究更多地还是停留在可持续增长率的计算阶段。以基本增长等式为基础，演化出战略增长等式和财务增长等式，并分别说明它们在企业经营决策、战略规划和财务政策制定过程中所发挥的作用。

| Abstract: | Sustainable growth, as a manner free of excessive or insufficient growth, is an ideal growth pattern. Research in this field, however, is still mostly focused on the calculation of sustainable growth rate. On the basis of fundamental growth equation, this paper deduces strategic growth equation and financial growth equation, and explains how can these equations be reconciled in strategic planning, business decision and financial policy making process. |
