| 摘 要： | 本文简要分析了滚磨加工的机理。在此基础上，具体阐述了滚磨加工中磨块的工作条件及基本要求，并通过具体试验，分析了磨块的硬度、粒度、形状及大小对工件表面粗糙度、加工效率及经济性的影响。最后，总结出切合实际应用的三个结论。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the mechanism of barrel finishing(BF)is analyzed briefly.On this basis,operating conditions and basic demands for chips in BF is expounded exactly.By means of specific experiments,the effects of grain fineness,hardness,shape and size of chips on surface roughness of workpieces,productivity and production cost are studied.Lastly three practical conclusions are given. |
