| 摘 要： | 介绍了由S7-400PLC实现的高炉布料控制系统,在系统模型无法确定的情况下PID参数很难整定,本文设计了模糊PID控制器,在MTLAB环境下离线计算出了查询表,并在Step7软件中利用查表法实现了程序的设计.结果表明这种方法切实可行,能在线调整PID参数,提高了生产效率.

| Abstract: | The paper introducs the blast furnace burden distribution system based on PLC-400.If the model of the system is unspecific,PID parameter is hard to find,owing to this problem we have designed the Fuzzy PID controller and calculated the inquiring table offline with MATLAB.Then the program is completed by using the method of inquiring table in Step7 software.The result indicates that this method is viable and usable,it can adjust the PID parameter on line and improve the production efficiency. |
