| 摘 要： | 用Ｌｔ＾ｐ（ｔ＾ｑ）型正交表来设计抽样方案，此时，样本集中包含的样本数要远小于Ｃ＾ｎＮ。而且可以证明，样本均值是总体均值的无偏估计量，样本均值的方差小于随机抽样的方差。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the orthogonal layout L t p (t q) is used to devise the sampling plans.In this way,the number of samples in sample set is much less than C n N . And it can be proved that the sample mean is an unbiased estimate of population mean,and the variance of sample mean is less than that of the random sampling. |
