| 摘 要： | 我国正在进行完善和发展社会主义制度的自我变革，特别是在发展社会主义市场经济条件下，教育体制、教育模式、教育环境、教育对象等都发生了很大变化。如何适应这种变化，高校作为社会主义上层建筑的重要组成部分必须坚持两手抓，一手抓纪律，一手抓教改，二者不可偏废。
