不同健美操教学方案的效应比较

摘    要:运用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法,对两种健美操教学方案的教学效果进行比较。对照班教学方案设计以基础理论、欣赏类、专项技术类、能力培养类为主,实验班方案设计除上述内容外增设综合练习内容,主要采用舞蹈、垫上、哑铃等形式。结果表明:在健美操技能、身体形态、身体机能方面两种教学方案的教学效果呈显著性差异;身体素质方面两种教学方案各有优势。

Abstract:The effects of two aerobics teaching methods were compared based on the literature, experiment and statistics. One class in contrast mainly focused on the basic theory, appreciation, individual technique and ability cultivating, while the experimental class also added comprehensive exercises that adopted dance and dumbbell in addition to the above aspects. The results proved that two teaching plans have taken on obvious differences in the terms of aerobics techniques, body shape and body function, but they have their have own advantages in body quality respectively.
