黑龙江省主要小麦品种及品系的HMW麦谷蛋白亚基分析

摘    要:利用SDS-PAGE分析了当前黑龙江省38个主要小麦品种及品系的高分子量表麦谷蛋白亚基组成,按照Payne等人的评分方法,计算了其Glu-1品质得分。黑龙江省小麦的Glu-1评分的平均数为7.79分,高于全国的平均水平,主要是黑龙江省小麦品种为1和2^*亚基的频率较高。

Abstract:The hight molecular weight (HMW) glutenin subunits of 38 varieties grown in Heilongjiang province were analysed by SDS-PAGE. The Glu-1 quality score was calculated for each variety base on the quality rating system of Payne and co-workers. The average score is 7.79. The average score is higher than whole Chinese-grown wheat varieties because the frequency of subunits 1 and 2 * of wheat varieties grown in Hielongjiang province is very high. But there is no subunits 5+10 in main cultivars grown in Heilongjiang province. In this paper, we discussed the method for developing new cultivars with improved bread-making quality in Heilongjiangprovince.
