快生型大豆根瘤菌剂的制备及接种效果分析

摘    要:利用从本省分离的快生型大豆要根瘤菌制作根瘤菌剂,接种本省大豆品种。研究发现,其中HSD266的瘤重,接种后的植株干重,百粒重和产量均高于从美国引进的阳性对照菌株,增产达17%,另二株的上述指标不如对照。

Abstract:FAST-growing soybean rhizobium which are deprived from the soybeans in this province are used to produce rhizobium inoculants and inoculate the soybean breeds. According to researching statistics, the index of HSD266 nodule weight, inoculated plant dry weight, 100-seeds weight and the whole production as well are all higher than the masculine comparing strains from America. The rate of the increase production is 17%. Besides the other 2 kinds of strains are not fine enough to compare with it.
