大熊猫的现状与研究

本文对大熊猫的原地保育和移地繁殖，以及研究进展作了扼要报导．原地保育的总趋势仍然是栖息环境和分布范围不断在缩小，数量不断减少．拟新建的１４个自然保育区和１７条走廊连接带有待实现，可延缓野外大熊猫的灭绝。移地保育在各动物国、研究基地及自然保护区国养场，已具不同程度的条件和规模，并初见成效，但围绕大熊猫的繁育，增加大熊猫的数量所进行研究的广度与深度还很不够，使圈养繁殖的幼仔数量增长缓慢，未能充分发挥出移地保育的优势．文章指出，保育大熊猫的现实虽然不容乐观，但有利条件不少，只要加强国内外合作，抓住时机，在现有基础上，大熊猫等野生动物的保育与研究，前程似锦．

THE PRESENT SITUATION AND STUDY OF THE GIANT PANDA

In the peper we give a brief introdution tO the current Status and progresses about natural cosvervation and ex-situ breeding of giant pendas. Habitats and distribution range Of this species are still shrinkong and it's numbers declining. If the 14 new giant pandas natural reserves and 17 corridors,which link the reservers,can be established in the futUre,the extinthen of pouch in the wild will be Put Off. With many zoos,raserch bases and natUral reserves whiCh are in different conditions and scales, preliminary progresses have been made in ex-situ conservation of giant lindas. But more work have tO be done on the breeding of captive pandas so as to nincrease it ' s number. We have incompletely utiled the superiority of ex-situ conservation,so that the numbers of captive giant Pandas increase slowly.The author point out that we dont think the proteCtion of Stunt Pandas is optimistical, but there some favourable conditions. So ions as we develop home and abroad cooperation and grasp opportunity,there will be good propects on proteCting and studying of giant pandas and other wildlife.
