| 摘 要： | 本文以上海屈家桥工业小区实测环境数据为例,定量地描述了环境质量水平的污染影响。对不同质、不同量的污染物统一在同一量纲或无量纲的数字上进行对比,定量地评价了环境污染程度,确定了该区重点污染户与重点污染物,为对该小区环境治理规划提供了可靠的依据;并对该小区的污染治理对策提供了初步意见。

| Abstract: | This paper, taking the actually measured data as an example, quantitatively describes pollution effects on environmental quality level of a small district in Shanghai, China.By making a comparison between wastes of different nature and of various amounts on a basis of numerical value of the same dimension or nondimension, the method quantitatively describes the pollution extent and determines main polluting factories and wastes in the district.This paper also provides reliable evidence and some foundational idea for making environmental treatment programs for the small industry district. |
