摘    要:对含有不同的主效矮杆基因(Rht1,Rht2和Rht1+Rht2)的三组春小麦品种进行了两年,两地的试验。结果为;具有Rht1半矮杆基因的组以较高的生物产量、穗粒数和每平方米穗数来提高籽粒产量;具有Rht1和Rht2的矮杆组,通过提高千粒重,增大收获指数来获得高产;在两个半矮杆组内,籽粒产量和株高,每平方米粒数和千粒重均为显著负相关,矮杆组内的籽粒产量和每平方米粒数,生物产量及生物产量比率,生物产量与每平方米粒数,均呈极显著正相关。不同的品种的不同的矮杆基因的构成,形成了各性状间不同的相关关系。

Abstract:Over two years experiments,three spring wheat variety gioups with differentmajor dwrfing genes( Rht1,Rht2 and Rht1+Rht2)were tested in two sites.Theresults are:the semidwarfing gene group with Rht1 enhanced grain-yield by usinghigher aboveground biomass yield,more grains if per spike and more spikes ofper M2; the dwarfing gene group with Rht1 + Rht2 obtained high grain yield byincreasing 1000-grain weight and enhancing harvest index.Significant negative relations were found between grain yield and plant heightand between grains of per M2 and 1000-grain within the two semidwarfing genegroups with Rht1 or Rht2.within tbe double dwarfing genes group,the grainyiels relation with grains of per M2,biomass yield and biomass yield rate,biomass yield with giains of per M2 were positive and significant,Different genecomposition poduces dofferemt relation between any two chaacters.
