Ba_(1-x)Eu_xMgF_4 复合氟化物的发光性质与结构

摘    要:对于Ba1-xEuxMgF4体系,当E2+u掺杂浓度(x)小于0.10时,其发光性质与前人研究结果相同。当E2+u掺杂浓度(x)大于0.10时,样品的发射光谱、激发光谱与荧光衰减情况都发生了明显改变。x射线衍射证明,这是由于结构的改变引起的。

Abstract:In this report to the system of Ba 1-x Eu x MgF 4 , it is found that the variation of the Eu 2+ concentration(x) can greatly affect the luminescent characteristics. The emission spectra, the excitation spectra and the fluorescent decay of Eu 2+ ion to the samples of x>0.10 are quite different from that of x≤0.10. These results imply that the phase of barium magnesium complex fluorides is altered. The way to prepare the samples is all the same. Through the X-ray diffraction to the samples, it is obviously shown that the X-ray diffraction patterns for the samples of x<0.10 are the same as that of the original BaMgF 4 , but the X-ray diffraction patterns for the samples of x>0.10 are different from that of the original BaMgF 4 . Therefore, the structure of the host is clearly confirmed to be transformed. The interesting phenomenon is very important to investigate the crystal structure of the host so that the Eu 2+ ion is a favourite fluorescent probe in barium magnesium complex fluoridex.
