| 摘 要： | 实践出真知，但实践的方法很重要，如果方法不客观又局限，参与许多人为因素在里面，所观察到的现象，以及机制理论的形成也是有局限的，从我国红细胞天然免疫研究方法学发展史可见，如果要在现代免疫学理论研究上有所突破和创新，需要用系统论(整体论)来考虑原有研究方法学的客观性和科学性，要改变原有的研究思维方式和具体研究方法。
