| 摘 要： | 介绍了网络安全的基本概念及设计目标。阐述了个人对黑客和骇客的观点,对计算机病毒基本特征进行了分析。从技术角度较深入地探讨了计算机的自身结构形成的隐患和社会原因给网络安全所造成网络安全威胁及防范措施。并根据网络安全的特点提出了系统分类、安全等级的想法。
