摘    要:选择四种具有不同互溶度的液液体系,研究表面活性剂的加入对单液滴传质系数的影响。结合界面张力的测定结果,探讨互溶度、界面活性与传质系数的关系。结果表明,互溶度与界面活性、传质系数的降低之间存在着对应关系,对于低界面张力、部分互溶的体系,界面张力不是决定表面活性物质对液滴传质系数影响程度的主要因素。

Abstract:Four liquid-liquid systems with different miscibility are selected to study theeffect of surface active substance on single drops mass transfer.By measuring the masstransfer rate and interfacial tension experimentally,the dependence of mass transfer coeffi-cient and interfacial activity on miscibility is discovered.Experimental result shows that theeffects of miscibility on interfacial activity and mass transfer rate are obvious.It also showsthat for a partially miscible system with low interfacial tension,the interfacial tension is notthe principle factor which decides the degree of effect of surface active substance on masstransfer rate.
