| Abstract: | According to mingle of alternating logic argumentation with numerical value calculation in the process of mechanical product design, the basic theory and key techniques of expert system of designing cylindric gear transmission are expounded in this paper.The rule forms of knowledge representation to use engineering design,hierarchy structure model of knowledge base and solving tactics of forward reasoning is included.The results of preliminary tests show that the system is reasonable in construction correct in inference and acceptable in use. |
