山区县域村庄布局重组研究——以山西柳林县为例

村庄重组是山区县新农村建设和调整区域空间结构的重要环节，是有效配置农村基础设施和公共服务设施，促进农村经济发展的突破口，是脱贫战略与生态建设的现实需求。文章提出了村庄重组的基本思路、原则要求和中心村选择、基层村分类调控、城中村分类改造的框架性方案，并提出相应的政策建议。

The Study of the Reorganization of Village Layout in the Mountain Town Taking Liulin County in the Shanxi Province as an Example

village reorganization is a prominent step in the new rural construction and regional special structure adjustment in Mountain Towns. It is also important to distribute the rural infrastructure and public facilities effectively. Moreover,it is a breakthrough to develop the rural economy. At the same time ,it is also practical need for the poverty eradication and ecological construction. There puts forward the basic ideas, principles and demands of the village reorganization. It also covers the framework program of the choice of village center,classification regulation of village primary and villages in the city. Based on these ideas, it also puts forward many policy recommendations accordingly.
