摘    要:为完善中国汽车催化剂性能评价试验的理论和技术 ,对一种多段模式快速老化方法进行了考察 ,设计试作了试验装置 ,并分别采用该方法和常用的断油老化方法对含少量贵金属的国产三效催化剂进行了对比试验。研究表明 ,这种多段模式老化循环兼有高温、氧化和空燃比交替冲击的效果 ,因而比断油循环有更高的老化速度

Abstract:A multi rapid aging cycle, which is widely used abroad, was used to develop the theory and technology for testing automotive catalysts in China. The locally produced low precious metal three way catalysts (TWC) was evaluated by this method and the fuel cut method. The new mode mechanism and its comparison with other modes have not been reported till now. The results show that the multi stage aging cycle has both deactivation effects of high temperature oxidation and cyclical rich lean air/fuel ratio shocking. The mode has a higher aging intensity than the fuel cut aging mode.
