教育类课程实施的缺失及其保障策略

摘    要:教育类课程是未来教师获得教育理论知识和教育能力的核心课程。但目前高师教育类课程的实施中存在着管理混乱,形式单一,教师素质不高等问题,严重制约着教育类课程目标的发挥。为此,本文从管理理念、管理体制、课程比重、师资建设、教学活动、实践活动等方面提出了教育类课程实施的保障策略。

Abstract:Pedagogical Courses are the core course for the future teacher to acquire educational theoretical knowledge and capacity. Currently, some problems exist in the implementation of pedagogical course. Chaos in management, monotony in form, insufficiency of the teacher's qualification, etc. which all restrict the development of pedagogical courses. Therefore, strategies to guarantee the implementation of pedagogic courses are progress from the following aspects: management concept, management system, course ratio, teachers' qualification improvement, teaching activities, teaching practice, etc.
