| Abstract: | Starting from the motive force and reality of librarians' continuous education,this paper puts forward the suggestion of introducing the motivation mechanism into the management of librarians' continuous education,and from the practice to the theory,probes into the librarians' continuous education based on the motivation mechanism and all-round improvement of librarians' quality. |
