摘    要:在热敏CTP(computer-to-plate)版材中,染料在曝光时会把光能转化成热能,使产酸源迅速产酸,从而使两种酚醛树脂在酸的催化作用下迅速交联.因此染料的热转化率会直接影响到版材的性能.本文介绍了在我实验室所用染料的基础上进一步合成出吸收在830 nm的另一种菁染料,确证了其吸收峰,并将其应用于热敏CTP版材,证明版材的敏度得到提高.

Abstract:In the thermal CTP(Computer To Plate)plate,when dye exposed will convert light into heat energy,which make the generation substance quickly products acid,and the produced acid can catalyze the cossing reaction between two kind of phenol formaldehyde resin.Therefore heat transformation rate of dye affects the quality of plate.Further synthesis of another absorbing at 830nm cyanine-dye base on our laboratory's dye,Its absorption peak were confirmed and used in the thermal CTP plate,It show some capabititys of the plate have been improved.
