摘    要:本文对12VE230ZC柴油机提高功率时气缸盖的机械负荷和热负荷及排气道的流通能力进行了实验研究,指出了提高该型柴油机功率的可能性和应采取的措施。

Abstract:Basic tests for the cylinder cover of Model 12VE230ZC diesel engine, including temperature measurement on the fire side of the cylinder cover with thermocouples imbedded in key positions, the water flow in the coolant passage by steady flow setup, mechanical stress measurement by strain gauges and the flow test on modified exhaust parts are briefly described and the test results discussed. The mechanical and thermal loadings as well as the method of improving the discharge capacity of the cylinder cover when it is necessary to further increase the power output of the engine are made clear. The measures that should be taken to increase the power output are suggested.
