| 摘 要： | 主要讨论了计算机信息技术带来的伦理学新问题和技术人员应具备的伦理学与法律法规的基本知识.概述了计算机信息技术人员应承担的社会责任和常用的伦理理论与伦理分析方法.希望专业技术人员能以强烈的职业道德,思考并关注所开发的产品以及所应用的技术将会带来的社会影响,在日常生活和工作中能做出正确的伦理抉择.
