| Abstract: | Aiming at the feature of computer basic education laboratory in university, this paper points out 6 items, including 35 terms management quota. The quota is explicit responsibility and obligation, and has the ability of maneuverability, which can be the goal used to realize standardization and scientific management for computer basic education in university. |
