摘    要:对高层管理人员进行量化综合评价是一个困难而又值得研究的问题。现在试图运用层次分析法和模 糊综合评价法,构造高层管理人员量化考核模型,以尽量排除考评中人为因素的干扰,提高考评的可靠性、准 确性、客观公正性和可操作性。

Abstract:Carried on the quantification quality synthetic evaluation to the management is the question which is a difficulty but also is worth studying. The analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation law are attempted to utilize, construct management quantification inspection model, remove the human factor disturbance in the inspection as far as possible, enhance the reliability, the accuracy, the objective fairness and the feasibility.
