面心立方晶体的膨胀系数和弹性模量

摘    要:以面心立方金属晶体Ag,Cu,Ni为例,讨论了非简谐振动对晶体的热膨胀系数、固体弹性模量的影响.结果表明:只有考虑到第二非简谐系数后,热膨胀系数随温度的升高而非线性地增大;弹性模量只与第一非简谐系数有关,而与简谐系数和第二非简谐系数无关.

Abstract:The influence of the anharmonic vibration on the expansion coefficient and elastic modulus has been discussed in this article with the examples of Ag,Cu and Ni which have the fcc structures. It shows that only by considering the second anharmonic coefficient, can the thermal expansion non-linearly increase with the temperature. It is also found that the elastic modulus only relates to the first anharmonic coefficient, but has no relation to the simple harmonic coefficient and the second anharmonic coefficient.
