肝内钙化灶超声误诊分析

对２２例Ｂ超诊断为肝内胆管结石，经手术证实为肝内钙化灶的病例进行了分析。误诊原因：（１）缺乏区别肝内强回声灶的经验；（２）未注意肝内强回声灶与胆管的关系；（３）未行逆行胰胆管造影和经皮肝胆管造影。认为，仔细进行检查是减少误诊和提高诊断精度的关键

Analysis of intrahepatic calcification foci misdiagnosis by ultrasonography

This paper analysed 22 cases intrahepatic bile duct calculus stone which were diagnosed by ultrasonography,however, hepatic paranchymal calcifications were confirmed by operation.The reasons for misdiagnosis are:(1) that technician was wanting in differention strong echo foci experiences; (2) that technician was not noticing relation between strong echo foci and intrahepatic bile duct; and (3) that patients had not been examined by ERCP and PTC. Author believe that technician must examine patients carefully,which is key of descreasing misdiagnisis and increasing diagnosis accuracy.
