道德内化与高职教育的秩序重构

当前，高职教育蓬勃发展，原有的稳定的高职教育模式已被打破，不断的教育改革使现时的高职教育处在远离平衡的状态中，新的更高一级的高职教育秩序重构势在必行。普利高津的耗散结构理论认为，一个远离平衡态的复杂的开放系统在外界能量流或物质流的维持下，可以形成一种新的称作耗散结构的自组织序。奇异吸引子将决定新序的方向。把社会的道德要求转化为个体的道德品质和道德行为的道德内化应成为高职教育新秩序构建的奇异吸引子。
