摘    要:在室温下,CdS晶体具有强烈的非线性光吸收效应。我们测量了高激发下CdS晶体的电导性质,并且用电子-激子散射模型对其进行数值分析。数值计算结果和测量值能很好地符合,从而进一步证明了CdS晶体的非线性吸收是由于晶体内电子-激子散射造成的。

Abstract:The intense nonlinear optical absorption of CdS crystal at room temperature has been shown. In this paper, the conductivity of CdS crystal under intense excition was measured, and the results are analyzed numerically based on the electron-exciton scattering model. Theoritical results are in agreement with the experimental results, which denotes that the nonlinearity of CdS crystal can be attribuled to the electron-exciton scattering.
