蚜虫报警信息素微乳剂的相图研究

摘    要:通过实验绘制出了以蚜虫报警信息素为原药的不同微乳体系的伪三元相图,通过分析相图中微乳区域边界点的组分浓度,选择合适微乳体系进行透明温度范围及冷贮稳定性和热贮稳定性试验.对于本试验中的油水体系,研究发现:乳化剂A的乳化效果较乳化剂B更好;温度升高有利于微乳区面积的增加;原药含量为5%、乳化剂C含量为12.1%的微乳液体系以及原药含量为5%、乳化剂D含量为14.5%的微乳液体系均获得较好的乳化稳定性。

Abstract:In this paper, pseudotertiary phase diagrams for different aphid alarm pheromone microemulsion systems are drawn up, according to the border points of component concentrations in the diagrams, the transparent temperature range tests, the freeze-thaw tests and the heat storage tests of several formulas are carried on. In this study, the emulsification effect of emulsifier A is better than that of emulsifier B, and with the increase of temperature the microemulsion system area is added to, and the microemulsion of 5% farnesene and 12.1% emulsifier C provides stabilized quality as well as the microemulsion of 5 % farnesene and 14.5 % emulsifier D.
